What is a meeting? What defines a place that creates a meeting and what makes it such? I have in my mind is a gathering place in which there are plenty of possibilities for creating interactions between people who might not have met at all without this place. The project aims to provide a place for the formation of various predetermined or random meetings while glorifying and utilizing the view of the Haifa Port at the location of the project.
